Alicia P. Pérez-Caballero is an Associate in the Litigation Division of Fiddler, González & Rodríguez, P.S.C.
Ms. Pérez-Caballero’s practice includes creditor's rights, corporate, administrative and commercial law matters. She represents clients before state and federal courts, and in administrative proceedings.
Before joining Fiddler, Ms. Pérez-Caballero worked for the Puerto Rico Department of Justice, Extraordinary Remedies and Public Policy Division, representing government agencies before state courts in injunction hearings. There she litigated matters involving the constitutionality of state laws, the medical insurance regulatory area and state antitrust laws and regulations.
Ms. Pérez Caballero first joined Fiddler as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk in the Litigation Division, when she worked extensively on legal matters related to the telecommunications industry. While in law school, she was a member of the Pro Bono Program ‘’Orientation Services for Immigrants”, and part of the Immigration division of the University of Puerto Rico’s Legal Clinic where she represented indigent clients in removal proceedings.
